Abrasion resistance test
Japan Coatings Association tested under the "JIS K 5600-5-10: 1999 Repeatedly
Testing Method"
The abrasive paper was repeatedly rubbed back and forth by 10,000 times, and only 21.2% of the coating was peeled off, representing the excellent performance on adhesion resistance and abrasive resistance of A+ PREMIUM Q GLASS COATING.
Method
Use # 320 abrasive paper with additional 250g load capacity, rubbed back and forth by 10,000 times
65 mg - 13.8 mg = 51.2 mg (after 10,000 cycles of friction)
Only 21.2% of the coating was peeled off.
Weatherability Testing
is the use of solar carbon arc lamp (irradiation amplitude of AC voltage 50V, AC current 60A), simulate the products under the condition of combination with ambient temperature and humidity, its adaptability and the characteristics such as cracking, damage and other changes in the test.
The examiner informs that if the weather resistance test shows no abnormality after 150 hours to 300 hours, the coating durability will last for about a year.
